How to make App-stacks, Add-ons and Best of Breed Really Deliver

One of the key questions being asked in Australia is around the effectiveness of Apps and I thought it would be interesting for Australian accountants to hear how those in the UK are taking the initiative and developing a strategy to manage the client relationship in the digital economy.

How access is managed is a major consideration in this new digital world and it is important not to give away trusted adviser status as  it is all too easy to be cut out of the loop.
