Payment and Refund Policy

Payments

We will review your application for a platinum, premium or events listing within 24 hours of receipt of your application. Following an internal review process to confirm the nature of your business and product or service, we will (a) confirm acceptance of your listing, (b) request additional information in relation to your listing or (c) decline your listing. At all times, we reserve the right to decline an application for a listing.

On acceptance of your listing, your payment will be processed and a receipt emailed directly to you. You listing will be activated immediately on acceptance of your listing.

Prior to the expiration of your listing, a reminder will be emailed to your nominated email address advising you that your listing is to expire and suggesting that you renew or change your listing. For Accountants Pty Ltd is not responsible for a listing that expires due to lack of action on behalf of a business to renew their listing.

Refunds

Premium or Platinum annual subscriptions are sold online on a no refund basis. Refunds will not be issued for a subscription. However, you can change the category selection or listing details at any time following set-up of your listing.

Events listings are sold online on a no refund basis. Refunds will not be issued for a purchased listing. However, you can change details of an event at any time following set-up of your listing.
