Business Fitness & ATOmate are excited to announce their integration partnership, joining forces to eliminate the administrative burden of processing ATO documentation.

The integration between Business Fitness’ document management platform, HowNow, and ATOmate will significantly reduce the data entry and double handling that is involved for accountants processing, preparing, and distributing ATO documentation to clients.

Upon receipt of ATO documentation by mail or via the ATO Tax Agent Portal, ATOmate will sort all correspondence, check if it matches against an estimate, and then either automatically send it to the client, or flag it for review, depending on rules set by the practice.

When integrated with HowNow, correspondence and ATO documents are automatically filed into the document management platform against the relevant client and directory, removing the need to manually file documents and providing a complete audit trail of what has been received and communicated.

With poor document management costing professional service firms upwards of $4,000 in lost productivity per employee each month, this capability will see a practice save hundreds of hours in document handling time, on top of the benefits associated with quickly and accurately processing ATO documentation.
