Payment & Refund Policy

Platinum, Gold and Silver Partnerships

We will review your application for a platinum, gold or silver partnership within 24 hours of receipt of your application. Following an internal review process to confirm the nature of your business and product or service, we will (a) confirm acceptance of your listing, (b) request additional information in relation to your listing or (c) decline your listing. At all times, we reserve the right to decline an application for a listing.

On acceptance of your listing, your payment will be processed, and a receipt emailed directly to you. Your listing will be activated immediately on acceptance of your listing.

Partners who elect for monthly payments can cancel their service at any time with one month’s notice in writing.

Partners who elect for annual payments will receive a reminder that their service is due for renewal around 4 weeks prior to the renewal date. For Accountants is not responsible for a directory listing that expires due to lack of action on behalf of a business to renew their service.

Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions and event listings are sold online on a no refund basis. Refunds will not be issued for a subscription. However, you can change the category selection or listing details at any time following set-up of your listing.
