George and Margaret Beaton founded the company in 1987 to provide business strategy and related advice to a range of clients, including professional service firms. As the firm matured, we recognised the need for a consulting service that was more evidence-based. This led us to develop what is now the beatonbenchmarks suite of services, the world’s largest independent studies of how the services and brands of professional service firms are purchased and perceived by their clients.
Today, beaton uniquely provides strategic advice through our high-end research and related consulting solutions to B2B services organisations, drawing on our c-suite consulting heritage, and through our advisory services and thought leadership events presented by beatonlive.
