ATOmate & SuiteFiles have announced their integration, which allows you to combine both systems to automate the management of all ATO correspondence. ATOmate will sort all correspondence that arrives from mail and the ATO tax agent portal, check if it matches against an estimate, and then either automatically send it to the client, or flag it for review, depending on rules you set. When combined with SuiteFiles, it will also automatically file the correspondence and ATO documents into SuiteFiles – a cloud document management system, making the data accessible from anywhere and also available within Xero Practice Manager, giving you a single view of your clients details, communications and their relevant documents.
