Australia Government Cloud computing regulatory stocktake
This is the document for which everyone has been waiting. The Commonwealth Department of Communications has issued a report covering various issues relating to cloud computing.
This is a lengthy document which is expected, given it covers issues competition and copyright, contracts, consumer protection, data protection and privacy, law enforcement and access to data, etc.
I would be interested in hearing from people who had studied the report and the useful information they have found within it.
