This month BankLink celebrates 20 years of direct data supply from Commonwealth Bank.
BankLink first received a transaction data feed from CBA in 1993 and the volume of accounts and transactions has grown every month since then.
With the addition of an ever wider range of account types available, including Credit Cards, BankLink now receives data for over 60,000 CBA accounts every day.
Earlier this year, CBA pioneered an online authority process for BankLink so that its clients may now complete a BankLink Client Authority Form within their NetBank system.
“CBA have always been great to do business with. They have strict security and quality processes in place and that fits in very well with our way of doing things” says BankLink General Manager for Australia, John Dunkerley, “yet CBA are also great innovators and always keen to explore new ways to deliver a better service to our mutual clients”. We look forward to 20 more years of successful partnership with CBA.
