Crowd Funding Companies – Delayed

Unfortunately the Senate had not finalised its voting on the Federal Government’s Crowd Funding Companies legislation when the Senate adjourned for the double dissolution election.  Hopefully, when the new Senate is elected the legislation will then be debated and passed.

The legislation for the Early Stage innovation Companies which has been passed by the Senate is targeted for commencement from the 1st July 2016.
