The first CommBank Professional Services Business Insights Report has just been published.
With innovation increasing in importance against a backdrop of sustained disruption in the Professional Services sector, the report highlights firms’ innovation performance, the common traits of successful innovators and specifies the key impact of innovation on their earnings. Innovation has delivered an average of $404,000 for every Australian Professional Services firm.
The report outlines steps firms can take to heighten their innovation activity to capture additional commercial opportunities and enhance the client experience.
This annual survey should prove useful for firm’s planning and benchmarking activities.
